The following webpage provides information with regards to the disability entrance of the 1000 5th Ave. Building, how to find our office from this entrance and other accommodation information. Accessibility Parking Availability

The 1000 5th Ave. (Chase Bank Building) has specific accessibility accommodations. To access parking, you may enter the parking lot off of 10th St. and continue down to the Main Chase Bank Lobby Entrance (to your right). There are two designated parking spots with the right one being Van Accessible. The following image provides a view of these accommodations. You will find a curb-less entrance in front of the Accessibility Entrance.

Door Opener for Accessibility

Around the corner (to the right if you are facing the front of your vehicle), you will find a Door Opener for Accessibility. You will be entering the Chase Bank Lobby.

Lobby Hours for Accessibility Entrance

The Accessiblity Entrance is available during the bank’s normal operating hours from Monday – Thursday from 9am to 5pm, Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to noon. Therefore, if you need these accommodations, you will need to make sure whatever appointment you may have is within these specific hours. Our office will do our best to schedule your appointment during these times if you need to use these accommodations, so please just ask.

How to find our office from the Accessibility Entrance

Once you enter the Accessibility Entrance make a right down the hallway out of the Chase Bank main offices and find the elevator bank to the right and find the call button. Enter either elevator that is free. Click on 1st floor.  The elevator buttons are equipped with braille. Upon exiting the elevator make an immediate right and we are the the office down the hallway just past the wall the elevator banks are on. Should you need any directive assistance, please call our office at (304) 634-9700 and we will be happy to meet you outside at the Accessibility Parking and escort you into the building and to our office.

Accessibility Restrooms

Should you require to use the restroom at any time, there are bathrooms with Accessibility stalls on the Ground floor in the Chase Bank Building as well as ones on our floor. For the restrooms located on the 1st floor (the floor our office is located), you will take a left once you are off of the elevators, pass the first office and you will find a Women’s and Men’s room on the left. These restrooms do not have automatic door openers, so if you need any assistance, please do not hesitate to ask. Our office is here to help to make your visit as comfortable as possible. Wheelchair Accessible water fountains are not as readily available, but between us, we would rather provide you with a glass of clean filtered water from our office anyway, so just ask.
